course we do have professional business relationships with numerous
companies, however we will NEVER "push" their services on you the Board
of Directors or your community. What we will do is provide the
expertise, knowledge and experience to assist the Board in their
selection of contractors and vendors. The choice will always be the
Boards.
Administration: We carry out the
directives of the Board and fulfill the administration of all
day-to-day operations and client support. We assist in the selection of the management
team and supervise all employees on the property. We fully support the
on-site teams in their daily activities as we have the resources to do so after all that IS why you hired us.
Financial: We
are firm believers that your finances should be handled by professional
CPA's who specialize and understand the changing laws towards common
interest communities in Florida . Under our traditional management
services we can provide the bookkeeping services, however we will
suggest you consider the options of hiring the professionals in their
respected fields to assist in your community's operations. You hired us because we are professionals within our industry Community Association Management.
O&M: Operations and Maintenance: We
have the staff, the experience in all types of communities from two
story townhouse communities to 60 story hi-rise buildings we are up to
date with various aspects of chiller conversions generating very high
savings, roofing systems, paints and coatings, cooling towers and almost
every kind of HVAC system available today, we have worked on properties
over 145 years old and as new as 4 years, energy management systems,
lighting systems coupled with all aspects of maintenance and
landscaping. We can train your staff and assist them in gaining their
EPA or NATE certifications, we can teach your managers the ABC's of
Preventive Maintenance including when and how to seek assistance for
mold related issues.
Proactive Services: We
take care of your property as if we owned the property, if we see
something wrong we will tell you, we will work with you to resolve those
issues.
